TEA and the Craft
Your practice is already alive.
This is where it keeps growing.

Monthly Masterclasses meet on a regular schedule, each one focused on a single aspect of facilitation: the physiology of the breath cycle, holding silence without filling it, working with a group that is moving differently from each other, reading the relational field.
Cycles of Life is an evergreen programme that can be returned to at any stage of your practice.
One-to-one supervision is available as dedicated time with Sharyn with a Why to look at your own work. This is not mentoring in the general sense. It is specific, unhurried attention on what is happening in your facilitation and what might be asking to develop.
The Ancient Exhale, a workshop in nervous system science, breath and rest, is also available through this branch. It is one of the most complete single experiences TEA offers, and it will reach you differently once you are on the other side of your own training.
Live online sessions held each month. Each one sits with a single question about facilitation and stays with it long enough to be useful. Included with Come and Build membership.
A self-paced programme you can move through at your own pace and return to as your practice develops.
Dedicated space to look at your facilitation with Sharyn with a Why. For when something in the room is asking for more understanding and you want a considered place to bring it.
Come and Build is the fourth tier of The Exhale Awakening Breathwork Mystery School. At £242 per month, it holds all three branches across the tree, all breathwork sessions, and the full community space. If you are already a Come and Build member, TEA and the Craft is already yours.
If you are on a lower tier and want to move up, the upgrade route is the same as the joining route below.
