This branch is for breathwork facilitators and conscious practitioners who want to build a practice that is financially sustainable without becoming something they do not recognise.

TEA and Business is not a single programme. It is a set of four distinct spaces, each working with a different rhythm, each rooted in the same understanding: that timing matters, that belief shapes action, and that you deserve the kind of company that actually gets what you are building.
The programmes work with the lunar cycle, the Mercury cycle, and the eclipse window. These are not decorative frameworks. They are practical structures that help you know whether this moment calls for gathering or resting, for launching or letting something ripen.
Each programme can be joined on its own. Or you can bringthem all together through the All Access Pass – a full year of support that includes the weekly Glasshouse, the three main programmes, and the breathwork sessions that run through everything.

you move through the twelve astrological houses as a

how you relate, what you are here to give. Breathwork
runs through every session, bridging what you think

timing, and transition. The Mercury Project follows
its sixteen-week cycle — dreaming, planning, creating,
completing — and uses that rhythm as the structure for
bringing a real project to life. Eight gatherings.

The Glasshouse
Your Weekly Business Home
Every Monday, a three-hour space for the ongoing
questions of running a conscious practice. Pricing
dilemmas. Marketing that feels true. The workshop
content that needs another pass. The dream sitting
at the edge of awareness that you are almost afraid
to say out loud. Sharyn with a Why brings her years
of financial and business experience alongside the
breathwork and coaching. The Glasshouse is included
in the All Access Pass.
Every Monday, 2:30–5:30pm UK.
Everything, held in one place.
The All Access Pass brings together all three TEA and Business programmes, the weekly Glasshouse, and the breathwork sessions that run through the year. It is a twelve-month subscription built for the practitioner who knows they want the full support, not just a single programme.
The value of the individual programmes runs to over £3,100 if joined separately. The All Access Pass brings them together for £222 per month, or £2,442 paid annually. Payment plans are available. No bursaries.
