REMEMBER

The longer sessions. The deeper work.
Whole breathworks shaped by season, element, and story.

Some breathwork practices are for the ordinary Tuesday.

The five-minute reset. The steadying breath before a difficult
conversation. The gentle unwinding at the end of the day.

Remember is not for those moments.

These are the full sessions — the ones that ask a little more
of you, and offer something in return that the shorter practices
cannot quite reach. Conscious connected breathwork shaped by the
Celtic trees, the turning seasons, and the elements. Sessions
that follow a story from beginning to end, and leave something
behind when they are done.

You may want a quiet room and an hour to yourself.
You may want a blanket.

There is no right order. No preparation beyond that.
Let the title find you.

STORY AS CONTAINER

because myth holds what explanation cannot

The Celtic trees are not metaphors imposed onto breathwork. They are living things — each with its own mythology, its own elemental character, its own particular wisdom. The Alder grows at the water’s edge, between two worlds. The Rowan stands at the threshold, warding and welcoming in the same breath. The
Birch clears the ground for what comes next.

In these sessions, the tree’s story is the container for the breathwork. The myth opens first. The breath follows it in. What the story begins, the body completes.

Something tends to happen that words are slow to reach. That is, in part, the point.

THE ELEMENTS

earth, air, fire, water — and the silence between them

The four elements run through all TEA breathwork. Each has its own breath form. Each opens a different quality of inner territory.

Earth breath is the most grounding — in and out through the nose, connected, steady. Water breath signals safety to the nervous system — in through the nose, out through the mouth. Air breath asks the most of the mind. Fire breath is the traditional conscious connected breath — fully open, fully present, the one that tends to go the deepest.

In the sessions held here, the elements are not background. They are the teacher. The breath follows where the element leads.

Breathing Between Earth & Sky – Merkaba Meditation

In this Mid Week Exhale session, participants are guided into their natural breathing rhythm while visualising the two triangles of the Merkaba — one rising from earth to sky, and the other descending from sky to earth.

Rectangle Breathing for Calm

We explore breathing with the shape of a rectangle. You’re invited to imagine travelling up one side of the rectangle on your inhale, holding briefly across the top, exhaling down the other side, and pausing again at the base.

10 Minutes 24 Seconds

Permission to Slow Down

You’re invited to notice what’s here. To observe where the breath enters and leaves the body. To feel where your body moves with the inhale and the exhale. And to gently explore what happens when you direct your breath towards places that may be holding on.

10 Minutes 9 Seconds

Coherence Breathing to Quiet a Busy Mind

From this solid foundation of gentle breath, attention turns to the movement of thought. Do your thoughts drift forward into the future? Or back into the past? You’re invited to notice without judgement. To observe “thought clouds” passing through the mind. To step off the trains of thought and return to simply watching.

10 Minutes 14 Seconds

Coherence Breathing for Emotional Calm & Balance

s the breath steadies, attention turns gently towards emotion. What are you carrying this evening? Perhaps something strong and present. Perhaps something subtle. Or perhaps something only noticeable now that you’ve slowed down.

10 Minutes 21 Seconds

The Power of Slowing Down

We begin with deep nasal inhales and open-mouthed sighs — softening the nervous system and arriving in the body. From there, you’re invited to reflect on the areas of life where you tend to push through, where drive and momentum carry you forward without pause.
