What if the first step is to light the lantern?
Someone asks what you do. You hear yourself give the answer you always give, and it is accurate. It has been accurate for years. And somewhere underneath it, so quietly you could easily miss it, there is a sense that accurate is no longer the same thing as true.
That gap is not a failure of self-awareness. It is usually the opposite. It tends to appear in people who have spent a long time paying close attention to everyone else, who have become genuinely good at reading a room, holding a client, running a business, being reliable. You learned to know other people well. That was useful. It probably still is.
What often gets left is the slower, less urgent question of who you actually are underneath all of that competence. The one that has been waiting, patiently, for you to have some time to listen.
The mYq programme starts there, in that gap between the person you are being and the person you sense yourself to be. It is not a coaching programme that tells you who you should become, it’s a long, unhurried look at who you already are.
Moving through the twelve astrological houses, we use them as twelve different rooms of a house you have always lived in but never fully explored. Identity. Values. How you communicate. What grounds you. Where your creativity lives. Who you want to serve. What you want to leave etc
Each room holds a different quality of attention, and together they begin to build a picture that is genuinely enlightening.
You’ll move through the programme at the pace of the moon, three houses per lunar cycle, with a week of rest and integration at the new moon before the next cycle begins.
There is no rushing here. The integration is built in. Change happens at the pace of trust.
The houses are used here as behavioural arenas, not as prediction.
Sharyn with a Why uses the twelve astrological houses not as a fortune-telling tool but as a map of human nature.
Each house describes a different arena in which a person operates: identity, resources, communication, home, creativity, service, partnership, depth, meaning, contribution, community, and surrender. Taken together, they cover the ground. Taken one at a time, they slow you down enough to look properly.
You do not need to know any astrology to take part. There is no chart reading, no forecasting, and nothing about your future is predicted. The houses provide the structure and the sequence. What fills them is your own life.
This is where mYq differs from a modern wheel-of-life exercise. A wheel-of-life measures satisfaction. This goes underneath satisfaction, into identity and self-knowing, which is slower work and holds for much longer.
Within the programme, Sharyn works with seven distinct modes of inquiry, which she calls the Seven Sacred Wells: Inventory, Audit, Mapping, Review, Reflection, Shadow, and Practice.
We call them Wells because
Each well offers a different way of looking at the same territory. You don’t need to visit all seven wells in every house, although you can, but over the course of the programme hopefully each one opens up to further enquiry.
The Shadow well is perhaps the most important. Not because it holds what is broken, but because it holds what has been quietly running things without your knowing.
The mYq programme approaches shadow work gently and without drama. You look at what is there. You let it become information. That is all that is asked.
The Shape of the Lunar Cycles
On each new moon, we rest and we integrate. The room is open for you to do that in community, but there is no new content.
The first quadrant holds the inner you, the private self, your identity and values and how you gather and share information.
The second opens outward toward the people and places closest to you, your home, your creativity, your daily practice.
The third moves into chosen relationships and the wider world, the people you work with, what you offer, where your people gather.
The fourth arrives at your public self, your reputation, your legacy, the unseen dimensions of your life.
Remember, you don’t need any knowledge of astrology to work with this. Sharyn guides every step. The houses are the structure. The content is you.

The group programme runs across four lunar cycles, meeting on Wednesday afternoons for three consecutive weeks per cycle, then resting at the new moon.
Twelve houses, three per moon, one week of integration between each.
Sessions are two hours. Small groups. Deep witnessing.
If you prefer to move through the programme at your own pace or need more space in particular houses, mYq is also available one-to-one.
Sessions are 60 minutes. You can book singly, in packs of three, or as a full programme of twelve sessions.
Sharyn will encourage integration time between sessions.
Each lunar cycle closes with a breathwork session, offered by Marie Doherty, tailored to the territory you have just moved through.
The breathwork is not an add-on. It is where the inquiry settles into the body. You can join it or not. It is always there.
Every review is a gift, and we thank all our clients, past and present who have taken the time to share their experience. You can leave your review HERE
The mYq programme is available as part of the Online All Access Pass, where timed group programmes run throughout the year and you are held across all three branches of the TEA Tree.
You can also work with Sharyn one-to-one.
The group programme investment is £180 per month across four months, or £625 paid in full.
One-to-one sessions are available singly, in packs of three, or as a full twelve-session programme at £880.
