Léarscáil

Mapping Self.

Before you can tend, you need to see.
This is the map.

The Map Before the Mending

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from caring well for everyone else while quietly, almost invisibly, running low yourself. You keep going because you know how. You manage because you always have. And somewhere along the way, you stop checking, because checking means seeing, and seeing might mean having to change something, and you don’t have the energy for that right now.

Léarscáil begins here. Not with a list of things to do. Not with a new protocol or a better morning routine. It begins with a walk through your own house, looking honestly at what is working and where the real mess is. Marie’s grandmother put it plainly before anyone started cleaning: walk through every room first, see what is working and where the biggest mess is, then decide where to begin.

That is what this programme is. Six weeks of honest seeing, guided by an ancient Irish framework for understanding human energy. You will map yourself using the Three Cauldrons. You will notice what is depleted, what is flowing, and what is trying to move. And from that seeing, you will choose one or two things to tend, not forty-two, not a heroic overhaul. Something that fits your life and your body and this particular season of you.

the self walk

Each session of Léarscáil returns to the Self Walk. It is a guided breath practice and inner audit, moving through each cauldron in sequence. Not to fix. Not to diagnose. To notice. Is this cauldron upright, tipped, or inverted? What has the body been trying to say that you have not had time to hear?

The Self Walk is not a performance. You do not need to have dramatic realisations. You are only being asked to look, honestly and without judgment, at what is actually there. What you find becomes the map. And from the map, tending becomes possible.

Six Weeks. Three Cauldrons. One Tending Plan.

Léarscáil runs over six weekly sessions, each held online in the evening. The first session orients you to the framework and introduces the Three Cauldrons through breath, reflection, and the first Self Walk. Sessions two, three, and four go deep into each cauldron individually, with breath practices chosen to meet that cauldron directly. Session five draws the threads together and asks: given what you have seen, what does tending actually look like for you? Session six closes the programme with your own personal tending plan, something that fits your life, not something borrowed from a list.
