TEA and the Craft
For practitioners who want to go deeper
into what they do in the room.

The quality of what you hold matters.
Facilitation is a craft. It deepens with study, with practice, with honest reflection on what is actually happening in the room. TEA and the Craft is the branch of The Exhale Awakening dedicated to that deepening.
It is not a replacement for training. It is what comes after. A home for the practitioner who wants to keep growing, keep questioning, and keep showing up with more skill, more range, and more understanding of the breath they are holding space for.

Monthly Masterclasses, held online, each one focused on a specific aspect of facilitation: the physiology of breath, the art of holding silence, the relational dynamics of a group, and more. Evergreen courses, available at any time, for practitioners at any stage of the work. And one-to-one supervision, for those who want dedicated space with Sharyn to look closely at their own practice.
The Ancient Exhale, a workshop in nervous system science, breath and rest, is also part of this branch. It sits at the meeting point of physiology and practice, and is open to practitioners and curious learners alike.
The Craft does not tell you how to facilitate. It gives you more to work with, and trusts you to know what to do with it.
Each month, a focused session on one aspect of facilitation. Physiology, presence, the relational field, the nervous system, the voice. Held online, available to Come and Build members as part of their membership.
Self-paced resources that sit alongside your practice. Return to them when something surfaces in your work that asks for more understanding. Available at any time, without a start date.
Dedicated time with Sharyn with a Why to look closely at your own facilitation. What is working, what is asking for attention, and what is trying to develop.
Come and Build is the fourth tier of The Exhale Awakening Breathwork Mystery School. It holds all three branches, all breathwork sessions, and the full community. Masterclasses and courses in TEA and the Craft are included with your membership.

If you are wondering whether facilitation might be calling you, A quiet conversation is a good place to begin. It is a quiet conversation, not a sales call, and there is no obligation to do anything with it.
