TEA AND TENDING
Four pathways for practitioners who are ready
to tend their own inner life with the same care
they bring to the circle.

You know what it is to hold space for someone else.
You have sat with people in difficult places. You have brought steadiness when the room needed it. You have poured from yourself, often without measuring what was left.
TEA and Tending is not a recovery programme. It does not begin from the assumption that you are depleted and need filling. It begins from somewhere older and quieter than that: the belief that the inner life has its own intelligence, and that what it most often needs is not intervention but attention.
Rooted in Celtic wisdom, the rhythms of the natural world, and the principle of *go mall agat féin*, these four pathways ask one simple question: what would it look like to tend yourself with the same faithfulness you bring to everyone else?
No urgency. No fixing. Just the quiet, faithful act of returning.
These programmes are open to any practitioner who applies. If you are holding space for others in any form, you are welcome here.
see before you fix
The tending work we offer to others can only be as deep as the tending we have offered ourselves.
Not because something is broken. But because there is a quality of attention that only comes from having turned it inward first, having sat with what is there, having learned to be with your own inner landscape before asking someone else to
trust you with theirs.
That quality of attention is what these pathways are designed to cultivate.
rooted in what has always known
These pathways draw on Celtic wisdom, the Three Cauldrons, the Four Sacred Natures, and the living intelligence of the natural year.
Not as metaphor. As working structure.
The Celts understood the inner life as landscape, as household, as season. They built their practices around the understanding that the human being is not separate from the world but part of its rhythm. TEA and Tending carries that understanding
forward, held in the spirit of *fierce gentleness*, and offered to practitioners who are ready to live it, not just teach it.
The Irish word for map. A gentle, unhurried journey through the inner landscape, using the Three Cauldrons as compass. One simple invitation throughout: to notice what is. Not to fix. To explore where you are flowing, where you are frozen, where the fire still lives.
Six sessions over eight weeks. Runs twice a year.
£333 full | £180 ×2 payment plan
The Irish word for house. Teach turns attention to the energies of your home and working space and asks how that space is either holding or quietly draining your life and your practice. Drawing on Celtic hearth wisdom and the Four Sacred Natures, we ask not what needs to change, but what needs to be held.
Six sessions over eight weeks. Runs twice a year.
£333 full | £180 ×2 payment plan
The Irish word for year — not clock time, but living time. An Bhliain explores your relationship with the natural cycles, the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and the intelligence each season carries. An exploration of how to restructure your practice and your life so that the rhythm of the year becomes something that holds you.
Runs twice a year.
£444 full | £240 ×2 payment plan
A regular gathering that follows the lunar rhythm, led by Sharyn with a Why. Tracking the moon, the skies, and the astrological weather, so that members are never moving through the week without knowing what the heavens are holding.

Each programme opens twice a year. The best way to know when the next cohort begins is to join The Exhale Awakening community, where dates and doors are always announced first.
