THE VIEWING ROOM

A place to settle.
Three rooms, each with a different quality of stillness.

Some people find their way to breath through reading.

Some through sitting with someone who already knows. And some through watching – quietly in their own space, without commitment, letting something land before deciding what to do with it.

The Viewing Room is for that last kind of arriving.

Three rooms. Each one holds a different quality of practice. You don’t need to know which is right for you. Let the description be the guide, or simply open one and see what your body makes of it.

No sign-up. No obligation.
Just breath, and a little stillness.

WHY A VIEWING ROOM

because some people need to watch before they breathe

Not everyone arrives at breathwork through a class. Some people need to sit with it first. To watch someone else in it. To feel whether it is the kind of thing that might be for them, before they decide anything at all.

The Viewing Room exists for that kind of arriving.

These are free breathwork videos – sessions, practices, and teachings from Sharyn with a Why and Marie Doherty. No sign-up. No account. No obligation. You can watch one and close the tab, and that is entirely fine.

However you find your way in is the right way.

THREE ROOMS

each one a different quality of practice

The videos are organised into three rooms, because not all breathwork is asking the same thing of you.

Rest holds the gentler practices – breath awareness, calming breathwork, and sessions that ask nothing of you except to arrive. These are the ones for when the nervous system needs permission to soften rather than instruction to perform.

Root holds the functional and coherence practices – breathing with rhythm and purpose, building the steady ground that comes from a breath that knows where it is going. Useful for focus, for regulation, for the kind of quiet strength that comes from consistency.

Remember holds the longer, deeper sessions – full conscious breathworks shaped by season, element, and story. The ones that tend to leave something behind.

You do not need to know which room is right. Read the description. Follow what your body finds.
