Exhale Gathering Retreats.

Three days in a place that holds you.

These are not workshops packed with activity.

Slower than that. An Exhale Gathering is three days of breathing, resting, tending, and being in a place that holds you rather than asks anything of you. Each day has its own quiet purpose. The first is for the craft of what you do. The second is for the business of how you do it. The third is for you, nothing required, nothing performed, nothing asked. You arrive in one state. You leave with something more. Two locations. Two landscapes. The same depth.

The Hawkhills,
North Yorkshire.

5–7 June 2026.

Set in the grounds of a quiet North Yorkshire estate,
this gathering is the first of 2026. Three days of
breath, rest, and tending — in a place with land
enough to walk in, and stillness enough to hear
yourself think.

All-inclusive from £575. Day tickets from £111.
