What are you curious about today?
LEARN. WATCH. READ. MEET. STUDY.
Explore is where curiosity gets to lead. Some people arrive with a single question about what breathwork actually is. Others come for a video, a story, or simply to see the two people behind this work before they decide anything at all. There is no set order and nothing to finish, only five doors into The Exhale Awakening, each open for as long as you want to stay.
Five ways to explore our breathwork resources:
TWELVE GUIDES TO BEGIN
VIDEOS TO WATCH AND FEEL
STORIES, RESEARCH, REFLECTION
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE BREATH
FOR THOSE READY TO GO DEEPER
Learn is the place to start with the practical questions. What breathwork actually is, how the mechanics work in the body, and where a phrase like conscious connected breathwork actually comes from, before anyone expects you to try it yourself. There are twelve guides in total, moving from the science of breath through to the older, slower rhythms of Celtic and seasonal practice. Read one, read all twelve, or save the rest for a quieter day.
The Viewing Room is where you watch rather than read. Three short video collections, Rest, Root, and Remember, sit alongside two longer pieces, The Ancient Exhale and The TEA Tree, which between them map the whole shape of this work far better than any page of text could. Birdsong and silence run through these videos the same way they run through every session, a deliberate signal, not a decorative one, that tells the nervous system it is safe to arrive before a single breath begins. The Viewing Room rewards slow watching.
The Reading Room holds the longer, written pieces, essays and posts across five areas: breathwork itself, natural astrology, natural Celtic medicine, the rhythm of the seasons, and the nervous system. Some readers arrive chasing a specific question, why breath and grief seem so tangled together, or what the equinox actually asks of the body. Others simply move from one piece to the next, following whatever the last one opened up. New writing joins the shelves regularly. The Reading Room is built to be returned to.
About is where you meet the two people holding all of this. Sharyn with a Why and Marie Doherty co-facilitate every session at The Exhale Awakening, no single teacher standing at the front, and the About section is the place to read their fuller stories, alongside real testimonials from people who have sat in the sessions themselves. If you would rather talk than read, One to One sessions are also listed here. About is a good place to slow down and ask who exactly you would be learning from.
The Exhale Wisdom School is for anyone who already knows a single guide or a single video will not be enough. It is the wider container that holds ongoing practice, deeper study, and the community around this work, sitting one step before training itself for anyone weighing up whether to go further. The Exhale Wisdom School has its own tiers and its own pace, explained in full on its own page.
